ActiHealth Application Features

The ActiHealth wellness application is designed around mini applications, called widgets, which bring the site to life. These widgets enable users to view activity tracking results, monitor their activity and health, set personal activity and health goals, and join in challenges with friends and family.

ActiHealth includes a list of widgets that allow members to see their results and stay motivated. These widgets keep members motivated by tracking health and activity progress individually and within communities, and by measuring progress against personal goals and industry standard health guidelines.

Actihealth Activity Tracking Options:

activeStats

activeStats is designed to help monitor and manage a user’s daily activity. Easy-to-read progress bars change color as the user advances toward daily goals for steps, calories, activity time and distance. Detailed charts display activity for any time period, down to 20-minute increments. It’s a great way to track activity and improve wellness program results throughout a day, week, month or year.

activeCommunity

activeCommunity is a great way for friends and family to stay in touch and motivate each other to be more active, lose weight or burn calories. Community members can compete in activity tracking challenges based on steps, activity minutes, distance, calories burned or weight loss. Challenges can be created for teams or individuals.

activeScore

activeScore displays a user’s personal activity results compared to the US Centers for Disease Control recommendations for weekly activity. The CDC recommends at least 30 minutes of "moderate" activity at least 5 days a week, or 20 minutes of "vigorous" activity at least 3 days a week. activeScore uses activePoints: a user earns one activePoint per minute for moderate activity, and 2.5 activePoints per minute for vigorous activity.

Other ActiHealth Widgets Include:

  • activeGoal enables the user to set activity goals and follow their progress
  • activeBests displays the user’s best one-day activity results
