Dave Monahan

President and CEO
Dave joined FitLinxx from Microsoft in 2006 as Executive VP of Products and Markets, becoming President and CEO in 2008. With expertise in sales, marketing, engineering and growing businesses through partnerships, Dave has helped transform FitLinxx into an industry-leading provider of activity devices and wireless healthcare products. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dave held senior management positions with SkyTel and Phillips International. Dave has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in International Business from Loyola College.


Don Juall

CFO and COO
Don joined FitLinxx in 2008 with over 20 years of experience in financial management and business development in technology, communications and industrial companies. Don came to FitLinxx after being Division Controller for Citizens Communications, where he successfully divested Citizens of all its gas, water and electric properties. Don has been involved in over 15 successful merger and acquisition deals worth over $1 billion. He received an MBA from the University of Maine and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.


Tom Blackadar

Chief Technology Officer
Tom started his entrepreneurial career while finishing his formal education at the University of New Hampshire with degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Studies. He spent 16-years at Bolt, Beranek and Newman Inc. (BBN), where he helped to translate the superior networking technologies into business strategies. Tom founded FitSense Technology, Inc in 1996. There, he brought to life his vision for BodyLAN – a proprietary wireless network – and the ActiPed+. Tom is an enthusiast and voice for wearable electronics, personal area networks, and innovation wherever wireless health care presents an opportunity.


Tom Quinlan

Executive Vice President, Engineering
Tom has 25 years of diverse technical and business background in the networking, telecom and application services industries with extensive experience in high-growth startup companies. Prior to FitLinxx, Tom was Vice President of Engineering at Snowshore Networks, where he was responsible for engineering, manufacturing and customer service, and delivered a product line of carrier-class VOIP media servers. Tom was educated at Babson College, School of Executive Education — Wellesley, Massachusetts.


John Ryder

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
John has over 25 years of executive sales, marketing and business development experience within the healthcare industry. John was instrumental in building Skyscape into a “world class” mobile provider of medical references and electronic education solutions to pharma and academia to over 400,000 physicians worldwide. John specializes in building world class sales and marketing teams, which results in shorten selling cycles and rapid growth. Previously, John held executive sales and marketing positions with Medica Corporation, Baxter Healthcare, Becton Dickinson and Advanced Instruments. John received his BS degree from Springfield College, in Health Science Education and Biology.


David Hoinville

Executive Vice President, North American and International Sales
David joined FitLinxx in 1997 after holding the position of General Manager with Wellbridge (formerly Club Sports International). David came on board as a Regional Manager, and became National Sales Manager for FitLinxx Professional in 2003. He transitioned to Vice President of Business Development in 2008 and Executive Vice President of North American Sales in 2011. David’s focus has been to lead FitLinxx in the development and growth of a successful partner-based business model incorporating wellness technology. He holds an MSc in Recreation Management from Loughborough University.


Doug McClure

Vice President, Product Management
Doug joins Fitlinxx from his previous venture-backed start-up company, Healthrageous, where he was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer. Previous to that, he led the technology and operations teams at the Center for Connected Health at Partners HealthCare in Boston. Doug is a digital health expert with a successful track record in developing and commercializing IP and products in the consumer health engagement space. He specializes in leading product management and development in HIPAA compliant, FDA regulated device and experience markets. Doug has a BA from Drew University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Denver.


Jeff Provost

Vice President, Operations
Jeff joined FitLinxx in 2012 and brings over 14 years experience in customer-focused operational roles in both startup and enterprise organizations. Jeff is responsible for leading the Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics and IT teams to improve the overall customer experience and drive profitable business growth. Jeff holds a BS in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts.
