With expertise in sales, marketing, engineering and growing businesses through partnerships, Dave has helped transform FitLinxx into an industry-leading provider of activity devices and wireless healthcare products. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dave held senior management positions with SkyTel and Phillips International. Dave has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in International Business from Loyola College.
Don JuallCFO and COO Don joined FitLinxx in 2008 with over 20 years of experience in financial management and business development in technology, communications and industrial companies. Don came to FitLinxx after being Division Controller for Citizens Communications, where he successfully divested Citizens of all its gas, water and electric properties. Don has been involved in over 15 successful merger and acquisition deals worth over $1 billion. He received an MBA from the University of Maine and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
Tom BlackadarChief Science Officer Tom started his entrepreneurial career while finishing his formal education at the University of New Hampshire with degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a concentration in Biomedical Studies. He spent 16-years at Bolt, Beranek and Newman Inc. (BBN), where he helped to translate the superior networking technologies into business strategies. Tom founded FitSense Technology, Inc in 1996. There, he brought to life his vision for BodyLAN – a proprietary wireless network – and the ActiPed+. Tom is an enthusiast and voice for wearable electronics, personal area networks, and innovation wherever wireless health care presents an opportunity.
Peter CroftExecutive Vice President, International Sales Peter joined FitLinxx from Life Fitness in 2003. With 20 years of sales, operations and senior management experience in the health, fitness and wellness sectors, he is responsible for developing and managing FitLinxx’s international business opportunities. Peter is focused on business growth and generating successful partnerships, and has a personal drive to grow the wellness sector by engaging inactive populations. Peter received a BSc degree in Sports Science and Business.
Tom QuinlanExecutive Vice President, Engineering Tom has 25 years of diverse technical and business background in the networking, telecom and application services industries with extensive experience in high-growth startup companies. Prior to FitLinxx, Tom was Vice President of Engineering at Snowshore Networks, where he was responsible for engineering, manufacturing and customer service, and delivered a product line of carrier-class VOIP media servers. Tom was educated at Babson College, School of Executive Education — Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Ann HamannExecutive Vice President, Marketing Ann’s career consists of more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, holding senior level management positions in sales, marketing and support. Prior to FitLinxx, Ann held VP of Marketing positions at Golden Spoon Franchising and PeopleCube, focusing her attention in the areas of market development and brand management to position companies for growth in new markets. She received her BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Maine, Orono.
David HoinvilleExecutive Vice President, North American Sales David joined FitLinxx in 1997 after holding the position of General Manager with Wellbridge (formerly Club Sports International). David came on board as a Regional Manager, and became National Sales Manager for FitLinxx Professional in 2003. He transitioned to Vice President of Business Development in 2008 and Executive Vice President of North American Sales in 2011. David’s focus has been to lead FitLinxx in the development and growth of a successful partner-based business model incorporating wellness technology. He holds an MSc in Recreation Management from Loughborough University.
