North Atlantic Capital
David, a Founder and Managing Director of North Atlantic Capital, has been investing in private companies for over 30 years. Prior to founding North Atlantic Capital, he had served as the President of Maine Capital Corporation and as a Commercial Loan Officer at the First National Bank of Boston. He also served as an Officer in the United States Navy. He earned a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies and on over 25 North Atlantic Capital portfolio company boards of directors. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences and has served on many other non-profit boards, including the Schepens Eye Research Institute (an affiliate of the Harvard Medical School), the Maine Community Foundation, The Taft School and the Yale Sailing Associates.
M. Joshua Tolkoff
Managing Director, Ironwood Capital
Josh has thirty years of in-depth experience in research, development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and general management of medical device companies. Josh started his career as the Vice President of Research and Development for Medi-Tech, which became Boston Scientific. Josh also started two of his own companies, including ACT Medical, Inc., an outsourcing resource for medical device companies. He is recognized as a leading figure in the medical device community. He currently serves on the boards of several privately held companies, chairs MassMedic, a 300+ industry trade group, and chairs the advisory board of the Harvard-M.I.T. Health Science & Technology (HST) program. He has a BA from Harvard University and an MS, Biomechanics from MIT.
Dr. Michael Zubkoff
Dr. Michael Zubkoff is Director of the MD-MBA Program at Dartmouth University and Faculty Director of the Healthcare Initiative at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business. He is also Professor and Chair of the Department of Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School and Hitchcock Medical Center, as well as Professor of Health Economics and Management at Tuck and the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. He has been the recipient of several honorary degrees and has served as a director or trustee of a number of foundations, corporations and universities, including at present the American University of Kosovo.

Dave joined FitLinxx from Microsoft in 2006 as Executive VP of Products and Markets, becoming President and CEO in 2008. With expertise in sales, marketing, engineering and growing businesses through partnerships, Dave has helped transform FitLinxx into an industry-leading provider of activity devices and wireless healthcare products. Prior to joining Microsoft, Dave was held senior management positions with SkyTel and Phillips International. Dave has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in International Business from Loyola College.
